To enhance the knowledge of the students aboutdifferent energy saving techniques, a month-long activity based on Renewable Energy was held in the month of December. A variety of activities were held for different classes. The students of class XI did research on different energy saving techniques of India, Pakistan, USA and Bangladesh. They also prepared questionnaires which were exchanged with the partner school of Pakistan. A Venn diagram was also prepared on the basis of the analysis of the comparative study. Talking inspiration from this the students of class VIII prepared a green classroom pledge. They also made 'turn me off' and 'unplug me' stickers for their homes. The students of class IX wrote self-composed four lined poems on renewable sources of energy. The poems were sent to the partner school for illustration.
